BOOKING A RESERVATION
Please use our BOOKING REQUEST FORM to get your reservation started.
A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due in full within 7 days of invoice issuance and must be paid prior to delivery of rental equipment. A minimum reservation of $100 in rental equipment is required in order to book any reservation.

We accept cash, check, and credit card payments. Credit card transactions are processed through PayPal and are subject to a 3.74% processing fee.
SERVICE AREAS
We proudly serve the Hampton Roads region, including Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Poquoson, Williamsburg, Franklin, and surrounding counties such as Isle of Wight, York, and James City.
Delivery within 10 miles of our base location is $10. Each additional mile is charged at $1.25 per mile.
At this time, we do not accept reservations outside of the Hampton Roads area.
AVAILABILITY
Our services are available March through December and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are secured in the order booking requests are received and confirmed upon receipt of required payment.

April, May, and October are our peak season months.
All bookings during these months are non-refundable.
DISCOUNTS
NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS
We offer discounts to qualifying non-profit organizations. Discount requests must be submitted in advance and require official documentation verifying 501(c)(3) status for approval.

Eligible organizations may receive one discount per calendar year, with a maximum savings of $50.
MILITARY COMMAND & FAMILY
Military functions, events, and groups are eligible for a discount. Active U.S. military personnel may receive up to $50 off standard rates on games, decorations, and party machines. A valid military ID and supporting documentation are required at the time of contracting. For Reserve units to qualify, a command representative (Senior Enlisted or Officer) must serve as the primary point of contact.

Discounts are limited to one per calendar year per group or family. Barrel train services are excluded from this offer.​

RENTAL RATES
BARREL TRAIN
For the barrel train ride, it's $275 for the 1st hour, $100 each additional hour, and $50 per 30 minutes.
FOAM PARTY
Foam party machine rents $200 for the 1st hour + $60 per additional 30 min.
GAMES & STUFF
All carnival game, tents, feather flags, PA system, and other party machines and rentals are a flat daily rental rate listed in our rental catalog HERE.
